At the night club, after Andrea's performance, Andrea San Jose (Iza Calzado) was very bothered of Congressman Salcedo's (Edward Mendez) presence during her dance. Despite Congressman's interest to talk to Andrea, Andrea did not mind him at all. Andrea just thought of the reason why she accepted the job wherein she must provide the medical needs of her adoptive sister, Bekka Espiritu (Pamu Pamorada). The day after, at the de Guzman's residence, Madonna de Guzman (Malou de Guzman) answered Donya Cleotilde Canlas' (Barbara Perez) cellphone. Madonna had a conversationw with Monique (Myrtle Sarrosa) wherein Monique seeked for help because she was maltreated by her stepfather in the US. Madonna wanted to help out Monique but their conversation was terminated. Later that time, Donya Cleotilde arrived home, asking about where Rafael de Guzman (Jake Cuenca) could possibly be. Donya Cleotilde then knew from Madonna about Monique's call and they both decided to let Monique live at the de Guzman's residence. Madonna informed Donya Cleotilde that Miguel de Guzman (Gabby Concepcion) would probably let Monique live at their house because Monique Donya Cleotilde's granddaughter. Donya Cleotilde then gave Monique a ring and informed her to live with them in the Philippines. Later that time, Madonna had a conversation with Mico (Yves Flores) wherein Mico showed Madonna his school requirements. Madonna, on the other hand, told Mico to do good all the time because Miguel is willing to help him. Maddona then asked Mico to fetch Monique at the airport and so with Andrea at school.
