At the hospital, Miguel de Guzman (Gabby Concepcion) had a conversation with his friend, Doctor Bong Madriaga (Cris Villanueva) wherein they talked about helping out Bekka Espiritu (Pamu Pamorada). After awhile, Veronica Salvacion (Andi Eigenmann) and Christian Morales (Alex Castro) arrived, wondering why both Miguel and Bong were also there. Veronica then went to see Andrea San Jose (Iza Calzado) and surprisingly saw Rafael de Guzman (Jake Cuenca) with her. Rafael and Andrea, on the other hand, were also surprised when they knew that they are both close to Veronica. Andrea got so confused why Veronica and Rafael knew each other and suddenly Miguel together with Bong came to the scene. Everybody were surprised to see each other wherein they are all related to each other. Miguel then informed Rafael that Andrea was the girl whom he almost raped at the hotel. Meanwhile, Veronica informed both Rafael and Miguel that Andrea is her long lost sister. On the other hand, Andrea was so confused that they are all related to each other. But everybody's confusions was interrupted by Doctor Bong wherein he let Andrea and the others realize the reason why they are there. Doctor Bong then introduced himself to Andrea again, as the Doctor who could help out Bekka. Later that moment, Andrea and Rafael had a conversation alone wherein Rafael apologized to Andrea for the sake of his father, Miguel. Andrea, on the other hand, told Rafael to forget about what happened to her and Miguel in the past because she herself already forgot about it.
