Johanna Montenegro (Melissa Ricks) finally discovered where Katerina Alcantara/Montenegro (Julia Montes) is. Johanna was very surprised that Katerina is imprisoned by her own brother, Tomas Alcantara (Joem Bascon). Meanwhile, Katerina tried to convince Johanna and Tomas to free her but they did not mind Katerina's request. Concurrently, Marco Montenegro (Richard Gomez) and Emilia "Emily" Cardenas/Guidotti (Dawn Zulueta) had a conversation at Emily's house. Marco suggested to find a new wedding planner instead of Jean Bonifacio (Eula Valdez). Marco doubted Jean's help after Jean admitted that she was Marco's former lover. Marco then shared everything he and Jean talked about to Emily wherein Emily did not react badly. Emily was not affected with what Marco shared because Emily don't care about Marco's past. Emily then told Marco not to worry about her because she is not affected by those who wanted to break them apart. Meanwhile, at the Montenegro's residence, Nathaniel "Nathan" Montenegro (Paolo Avelino) is stressed out waiting for his wife, Katerina, to arrive home. Nathan felt very lonely without the presence of Katerina but had no other choice but to wait. Meanwhile, Jean saw Nathan's loneliness wherein he tried to comfort Nathan inside his bedroom. Jean held back her emotions so that Nathan won't notice that she is his mother, Jane Bonifacio/Montenegro (Rita Avila).
Nathan, on the other hand, thought that it was his mother but then he was surprised how Jean comforted him just like his mother used to do so. Meanwhile, Daniel Cruz/Guidotti (Coco Martin) together with James Ocampo (John Medina) suspected Nathan and Johanna as the one responsible of Katerina's disappearance. Beforehand, Daniel had no idea that Johanna knew about where Katerina is, wherein Johanna was even asked by Tomas to bring foods to Katerina. Katerina almost escaped from Johanna but unluckily, Johanna fought back and left Katerina without something to eat.
